"2 days in a row I left packages out to be taken by the mail person. Those same 2 days I had my mail delivered, but my packages have not been taken. I sell online, so not being able to confidently rely on my local post office to get my items to customers in a timely fashion is nerve-racking. The best part of it all is they're the ones who told me in the first place to leave my packages out for them to take!"
"If I could give them no stars I would. This is the second time in three months my outgoing mail has been lost and never reached the intended party. Not only has this caused late fees but has caused reprocessing fees to have the money orders voided and reprinted. I understand accidents happen but this is ridiculous."
