"Over 30 min late to the appointment for the estimate. Made my wife late for her doctors appointment. He never responds to emails or calls. I tried to follow up once i received the quote he gave me to make some changes (he quoted me cheap equipment). It took several attempts via email and phone calls to get him to communicate. After the third time of trying without a response I gave up. His initial price was good but i am sure that his craftsmanship was as poor as his customer service. I would rather choose someone knowing that the job would have been done correctly and to the best of their abilities, than to go with a lower price for an installation that I know could have been done better."

"Just No bull... My water heater had a slight leak. Called Klein, they must have a call service. He called me back quite readily, scheduled it for the same day. Installed it without hassle removed the old tank and I'm back online. Labor costs was less than I had expected. Nice service would call them again if I had the misfortune of something else going wrong with my plumbing :)"
