"If you like being overcharged and want to deal with people who have poor customer service, then these are the people you want to call for your plumbing needs. We were out of hot water for 52 days on and off, and repeatedly called due to them being a Rinaii hot water heater dealer. They finally replaced unit but charged excessively for several visits on a warranty issue. They charged for time when they brought the wrong parts, and would not adjust bill for time and money that I spent picking up the new unit an hour away. Then to top it off tech wouldn't fix a water leak on main line and had to have another tech come another day to charge us another 339. To fix. We have always had great service when Mr. Stump ran his business. But since his daughter took over, they have certainly gone downhill when it comes to customer service. When we tried to communicate with the mgr. She conveniently avoided talking to us about adjusting the bill and wouldn't return phone calls. Rinaii rep told us it should not take more than 2 hrs to change unit, but instead they charged us over 1000. For their work. Word of mouth concerning their reputation will go farther than they think."

"I asked for a service call to find out why in very cold temperature the heat pump runs continuously. I told them to call as to when they would arrive so I could meet the service man at my house. They didn't call until he was on the way but charged me the entire time that the guy sat in the truck until I arrived. Justin looked at a few things and said he didn't know enough to figure it out. I asked if he could at least check the freon level. He said he didn't know how. I did small talk to him for about 5 total minutes, which I found out they charge you for. He was unable to fix the problem and said he would ask the manager. I never got feedback. I got a bill for 95$ service call + over 156$ labor fee and nothing was done. Obviously I will never use them and highly do not recommend them. BE AWARE - they charge you to just sit in their truck, that is why they didn't notify me so they could make $ without even getting out of their truck."

"APEX did a fantastic job helping with a sewer clog that occurred late on a Friday afternoon. The awesome customer experience began with a friendly and profession support staff who got me immediately setup with an appointment. The owner and one of his excellent technicians got the problem resolved and they stayed till the job was done. They are nice and friendly to deal with, and will be my choice in mechanical issues from here on out. Thank you for a job well done!"
