"Very disappointing experience. After several years of support I suddenly get asked why should we continue this further? Why was this brought up years into the appointments? Obviously a lack of thoughtfulness. Do not use this clinic they are not interested in long-term helpfulness just go elsewhere. Inova patient representatives are useless They never get back to you which was the case. Therapist also never got back to me. No reaching out whatsoever. Go somewhere else."
"I have yet to be seen by staff however, the scheduling process was horrible. The person that I spoke with when I phoned in for an appointment asked me what insurance I had. I told her and she said they didn't take my plan. I told her I would file as out of plan. She advised me to go somewhere in plan or to see my regular doctor. I told her it didn't matter that I would pay out of pocket. She asked where I wanted to be seen. When I asked for the Alexandria location, she said they had an appointment time in roughly a month. Once she got done asking me screening questions, she said the appointment was no longer available. She said all dates at that location were taken. Really? I told her to schedule me at the next opening regardless of location and that I would just travel to the location for the initial appointment. She again recommended that I go to another provider. I use Inova for all my healthcare so why would I choose another provider? I certainly hope the clinical experience is better given that I have to wait three months for the next available appointment. I got the distinct impression that I was being discriminated against."
"I appreciate the medical staff for the terrific job they are doing. I am sad that the customer service they have is rude. She even tries to talk to me like a child. They need to re-evaluate how they speak to their customers. I do not mention names. I felt not listedned to, they are task oriented and work like robot. No emotional connection at all. I will still use the center because I like the medical part. And I will continue to write a review until I see a change. If it wasn’t for the staff at the back, I would not recommend the center because of customer service."
