"The worst place you can go it's like he plays with your meds he send them when he wants he tells you your selling your meds it's crazy the stuff that comes out his mouth makes him a joke a big joke he's not good he drops your meds than take them from you he's crazy if you ask me he should of been shut down he continue to give Attics meds and pick on the people that take there medicine"

"Very rude staff and very confusing processes for an initial appointment. I was sent four different links and several confusing emails to fill out forms. We'll take our business elsewhere and suggest you do as well."

"If we could rate them at 0 we would. The app they use is not an effective tool to use for patient communications and doesn't work. Made an appointment over a week ago, and despite me calling them and leaving messages everyday telling them we couldn't access the paperwork on the app, they just kept resending the same text with the same information about making sure we contact them on the app. One time I actually was able to speak to a person and they were very rude and not understanding of how frustrating the process was. After we finally decided to cancel our appointment due to the apparent lack of their office trying to be effective for our family member, I got a text with an email to send the paperwork that I had been asking for for days. Nothing about my message saying I had cancelled my appointment. Reading the other reviews it is apparent our family is not the only ones that had these issues."

"Please do not go here. DR.Joe has now forgotten, yes I said forgotten to put in my prescription after coming in for an appointment 3 times now. No one picks up the phone when you call. If you leave 5 messages, they may get back to you by the end of the week. If you are on life depending medication, they will not care if you die due to them being forgetful and lazy. I have never in my life been to a worse doctors office or had to deal with such idiocy in my entire life."

"My wife never was able to obtain a correct appointment. Probably not the doctors fault. We scheduled an appointment about a Wedensday of the week of July 13, 2020. When I called back to verify the appointment the person lost the appointment date and time. They got back to me and said the appointment was for 7:30 Pm on a Saturday. I thought that was late. I told my wife a number of times that I thought it was late. I called her (front desk) back on Saturday on my way to the appointment at 7:30 PM. They called me back when i was on my way in the car and said my appointment was for 4:30. I was on my way and I asked if they would still see me and she said no. Supposedly they will try to charge me for a no show mainly because she screwed up. They need a better way to schedule. Losing my appointment is a red flag -- dated computer system or something -- no day before emails or anything. the woman's voice so soft spoken its pretty near impossible to hear her. needless to say i don't think will go there again or pay any appointment late fees. My advice is to call them and get them to send an email verification. ?????"
