"Showed up and we were seated immediately. The waitress was great and quick to take drink orders and make rounds for food orders. The kitchen made a few mistakes on one of our orders, but the waitress was quick to correct the issue with them. All in all, good service and delicious meal."

"In the world of chain restaurants, Chili’s does not disappoint. This location in Fredericksburg’s Southpoint serves up delicious, freshly prepared food. I am a huge fan of their garlic parm wings which come with fries. Also, the ribs are spot on delicious. I enjoy the dry rub version and the house sauce option. And I must say that the Mac n cheese is even delightful considering that I’m a southern girl. It’s a white cheddar sauce based version and it works well as one of their premium sides. On my last trip I ordered asparagus and it was prepared perfectly with a little crunch. The wait staff greets you with smiles and are very attentive. I usually opt to sit in the bar area. This Chili’s is definitely a great option in Fredericksburg for a family night out, solo date night, after work meal or just lunch."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how much Chilis has improved. The drinks were delicious, the service was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and made our experience a great one. The only issue we had was the prices. We were there for dinner. We were a party of 5. We had 3 alcoholic drinks and 2 non alcoholic ones. We ordered one appetizer, a dinner salad, one order of ribs, two of the 3 plays, and a rice bowl. We ordered one dessert to share. The bill came to a whopping $160. That was honestly the only downside to our experience."

"We frequent Chili's as they were one of the last sit-down restaurants with reasonable prices.. my main issue with this visit is that they have additional charges for kids meals that isn't just on the "blue lagoon fizz" and desserts. Poor values and morals when places pull stuff like this. Service was slow, got meals before apps, refills were slow, and portion sizes were small. The waiter was nice and the restaurant was clean, but that's about it. And the sad thing is, the restaurant wasn't busy as it was an off time."

"The restaurant was pretty empty, which we like. The service was good, and the food was good. We needed to kill some time while a friend was negotiating for a new vehicle, and the young man who took care of us at Chili's was nice. He made sure our drinks were always topped off, and my wife said her street corn was EXCELLENT. I got the chicken crispers from the appetizer menu, and they were good. The area was nice, too. Stop in and give this place a try!"
