"Extremely disappointed. I'm always happy to pay professionals to do work at my house. Guy came out to look at my washer & dryer, neither of which was working. He told me that the problem with the washer was "the electronics" and that it would cost at least $400 to fix it due to the cost of the parts (true if that was the problem). He also said the washer "has some age on it" and suggested I might want to get a new one. After he left, I checked the sales slip & it was only 3 years old! Based on his diagnosis, I ended up replacing the electronic control board myself. When I went to use the washer again, it still wouldn't spin right, and the clothes were soaking wet & too heavy to put in the dryer. As I said, extremely disappointed."

"Had a great experience here with Rich! Called to fix my whirlpool fridge because the freezer has been leaking for years now. Called him on a Thursday at 4 - he immediately answered and was here promptly the next morning, Friday at 9 and was done in less than an hour. He even brought treats for my dog. Very impressed and will be recommending to everyone!"

"Zachary Appliance responded to my phone call quickly and set up an appointment date for a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Arrived on the scheduled morning and quickly diagnosed that the refrigerator had a bad compressor. So far so good. Turns out they don't do compressor work on refrigerators and told me I need to call the manufacturer for service. Back to square one minus the service fee. Not doing compressor work seems like the kind of thing that should be discussed when the service is scheduled. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Zachary Appliance for refrigerator service."
