"Had my computer up there 2 times in 3 months. The first time I went up and needed my OS reinstalled. They told me my secondary harddrive was failing. Took it up there again for them to fix the harddrive. They told me the hard drive was fine and that I needed ANOTHER OS install. And after waiting days for them to finally do it. My problem is still not fixed and I'm 300$ down the drain."
