The office is warm and welcoming; the staff friendly and accessible. It's clear all clients are welcome, and that's appreciated. I appreciate the philosophy behind Ellie Mental and encourage you to visit the website to learn more. And the intake process is smooth; transitioning from another practice went well, and appreciated the phone call at the beginning from a staffer to walk through that process and answer questions. Checkins for appointments are easy at the kiosk. If you're looking for services, I do recommend Ellie Mental. (The one critique I'd give is others waiting in the front room while their child/family member is in an appointment could use a guest wifi in order to make best use of time.)"
