"I went to dr Gergely about 4 years ago and he helped tremendously! I'm a returning patient after 2 years without his help. Round 2 is just as amazing if not better. He is willing to communicate and gives you the option to make decisions. I have anxiety and I am a manic depressant. Which I have struggled with for years and he has successfully helped me through it. Having a thought process again and a drive has been a life changer for me and it's exactly what I needed. Everything is trial and error and I'm referring him to my best friend. The way the office has a set up to make it easier for me to be present at my appointments, I really couldn't be more satisfied! "I was looking for a counselor for my son and this was one of the few places that takes my insurance. I was hesitant to call based on all the negative reviews. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't catch her name, but the person who took my call was very polite and helpful. I felt like she went out of her way to address my needs. Maybe the person who everyone else is referring to was fired or left the position. Either way, I had no complaints. Full disclosure, I've only dealt with the office admin and haven't seen a provider yet. I'll update this after I see her."

"DO NOT GO HERE Worst office ever the receptionist are very rude they will scream at you on the top of their lungs. The doctor doesn’t return calls, he misses appointments and blames you saying you never made an appointment. The phones ring off the hook and no one ever returns your calls when you leave a voicemail. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for mental health services. This place will cause you more mental health issues because their staff is terrible. They won’t give you YOUR records when you need them. They do stuff on their time when it comes to meeting deadlines and getting paperwork to other doctors ect. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"Ok. So I haven’t managed to see a therapist yet. But their reception is kind of awful. I asked if one of the therapists had any openings for new patients, and they said no. Called back with my second option, also no. Not the issue. The issue was the lack of guidance and clear lack of intent to help. A friend told me to ask for a waiting list, which I didn’t know about, because the receptionist never said anything, either time. When I asked for it that time? THEN they took down all my information instead of dismissing me. I’ve heard great things about the therapists/counselors, but it’s such a pain trying to call in, and the office receptionist made me feel so small that it almost wasn’t worth it."
