"I think it’s important to support small business especially in the local area you live in. I also think it’s important to have solid products and customer service, thankfully Andrews meets all of these criteria for me. I’ve gone there many times as I’ve been learning about chainsaw care and maintenance and they have always been very helpful, also the lowest price on chain sharpening I’ve seen anywhere. The other day I brought 10 chains in to have them look at because I couldn’t make heads or tails of. They were all 16” but they varied in mm depth and could not be used interchangeably with two of my saws that have different mm depth. They took the time to go through each chain and sort the ones that went with each saw, free of charge! I thought it only reasonable to purchase something before I left but I don’t see myself going anywhere else for anything they could provide me with."
