"I own a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. My phone still functioned, and the screen did not. I had originally brought it in due to needing a OEM screen replacement and my SIM card removed. They did those particularly okay. Now, after having those fixed, the back glass to my phone was not properly glued on at all and continued to come off which ended up breaking again (didn't even drop it) due to it not even being fully on the back of my phone. Sure, they replaced that but still didn't glue it back on. My mobile data and cameras do not work, nor will my phone register the s pen. All problems I DID NOT HAVE prior to coming here. I returned THREE more times for these problems to be solved, and they still aren't. I have no mobile data, no s pen, and no backing attached to my phone. $500 later, and my phone still isn't functioning. Horrible service."

"Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been and the workers are amazing. I went to get both my front and back screens replaced and he did it very fast and very well. He even fixed my flashlight which had been broken for years due to a cracked part for free. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Needed a battery replaced on a 3 y.o. phone. Paid a deposit and waited 3 days for part. When it came in dropped off my phone and was told it would take about an hour. When I went to pick up, clerk said "we decided not to do it" because the screen may break. Should have declined up front instead of dragging it out three days and then declining."
