"Facility was sold last summer and most of us were not notified. At least 11 of us were locked out because our payments were not processed. The phone number had been disconnected but was still on the lockout notice. Everything is being handled in the Philippines now. After weeks of dealing with frustrating issues I was finally able to get my issue resolved thanks to Cherryl. As far as the facility I give 1 star but Cherryl gets 5!"
