"I hired this guy to move a double wide trailer 6 months ago and he never moved it gave me one excuse after another and as to why he couldn't do it I requested my money back he refused to give me my money back I had a certified letter sent to him to appear in court came back do the court system as undeliverable does anyone out there have any idea where he is now located in the name of his business that he is going"

"SCAMMER! 3/20/23 contacted and got a price quote 3/21/23 signed contract via email. He asked for a deposit of $2000- half of quote due to distance - hotel and fuel. 3/27/23 sent $500 toward deposit via cash app to kait - daughter per his request 3/27/23 states he would deliver between 4/15/23 & 4/22/23 if not sooner 3/29/23 sent another $500 to daughter on cash app 4/11/23 rick and i agree 4/22/23 would be best for delivery 4/21/23 he stated he would arrive at 930am the next day 4/22/23 932am i asked for an update. At 1048am he stated he had to postpone due to water pump goin out on toter 4/24/23 states he will let me know new date after ignoring numerous calls and messages 4/25/23 we asked for an answer or a refund. He insisted on speaking to the landowner where the trailer sat since we purchased it in December. Unknown how long it sat previously - doesnt matter - just needed it brought to our location. 4/26/23 Landowner notified us that Rick told him he wasnt goin to move it. Rick finally responded and stated a money order would be in the mail that week. It is 5/27/23 and still haven’t received it. I did request the $1000 back from Kait on cash app only to be denied. This is a theft of service and fraud by deception and legal proceedings are going to be in the works next week against him and his daughter. Shame he is willing to drag his kid into his BS. Road trip planned Thursday to Pennsylvania. Will update with changes."

"Steer clear of Ricks Transporting. I purchased a mobile home from his daughter on April 8th. Exchanged cash in the parking lot of Big Lots in downtown Meadville and received a bill of sale. We made is clear that we were in need of this trailer to be delivered within the next few weeks as it was an immediate need for us, and assured that it would be delivered within the next two weeks. We were unaware and not informed it was still on the owners property at purchase time, and was unaware that it was blocked by trees and in a muddy area unable to be moved and delivered with ease. Each week, I sent messages back and forth to both Rick, and his daughter Kait asking what the projected time for delivery was and each week was given a new excuse as to why it was unable to be transported. -inclement weather -permit issues -muddy driveway -trees in the way -axles are stuck -address wasn’t right -the list goes on… These are all in writing in text messages over the course of two months. Finally - I asked for a refund. I said we were never informed that the trees, property issues, landowner issues and trailer issues were hurdles to overcome - and at this point we can’t wait for delivery anymore and would either like a refund or for the trailer to be assured delivered by that Friday. Rick, after refusing to answer my phone calls for three weeks, began texting in all CAPS telling me if I wanted my trailer I could go cut the trees down myself! Among other asinine things. The messages from Rick to me regarding this matter are unprofessional, downright rude, disrespectful and absolutely disgusting. At this time - I have not received a refund, and have not received the trailer - but HAVE been threatened with slander and liable from Rick when I advised others to steer clear of this company. If I am refunded - I will updated this review to reflect that. However, this refund will not change my opinion on Rick, Rick’s Transportation, their family employees, or this company’s professionalism and reputation whatsoever. I would highly advise against this company. Do business at your own risk - and be sure to do your due diligence and have all the facts prior to exchanging money."

"Worst experience ever. In a nutshell...He is a con artist. Was suposed to move our park model 2 weeks ago. Paid him half down to put the wheels on, he never came back. He is not a man of his word. Now we are stuck finding another owner operator to move. Be cautious with this man."

"My daughter hired Rick to move a mobile home. Rick Was paid in full $1800 per needing permits for Ohio and Pennsylvania. It’s been over 5 weeks and still no trailer. Has come up with every excuse possible as in trucks broken, permits needed filed for Ohio and Pa. Pa permit was filed Ohio was not. So now after 5 weeks of waiting land owner has charged us storage fees and now Rick won’t deliver to Ohio as to he never filed for Ohio permit. Now we had to hire another transport company for an additional $1500 to move it the remaining 12 miles to its final destination. Rick has given us the run around for 5 weeks now. Will not recommend such a horrible company to anyone as this guy is a liar and a thief. He has done nothing but harass us since I’ve mentioned we are getting a lawyer to settle this matter. Thanks Rick for Your horrible business and lousy services. This home was supposed to be on our property Father’s Day weekend. It’s now the 17th of July. So as Ricks reply to my review.. he’s a liar and a con. If anyone on here needs proof of his lies. Message me and I will send you all the nasty mean derogatory messages and the last two months of lies and HARRASSING messages to my daughter wife myself and our legal aide in this matter."
