"So I went in today to drop off a package and get a labor pouch. First off, I was told that they have no supplies for FedEx that I have to tape my own label on. I then asked if they had any tape that I could use. I was sent to the back of the store to find on my own packing tape to buy for 4$ and tape my own label on, which I could’ve done at home for free And then stood around in the store for 30 minutes while they tried to find the handheld to scan my package. The one that they had would not work. The cashier that I dealt with was not very friendly was not very helpful whatsoever didn’t really explain much when I asked if they had tape her exact words to me was there’s tape in the back of the store, now as a customer that made no sense to me I had to ask more questions to get the right answer out of her of what exactly she meant by there’s tape in the back of the store the lady the was stocking up font and the lady that was called to the front where super nice but what and experience I can say I’ll never try that again"

"It was hard to find because it is INSIDE the dollar General store besides that it was fine."
