"Thank you so much to Michael and driver Richie. I called these guys on July 3rd at 10pm because my truck was stuck on the road. Michael was very professional and very kind to work with us on one of the biggest holiday weekends in the US. Michael did everything that he could do to assist in the solving of our problem while being caring about the drivers of his company as well. The second best part of this towing company was the driver named Richie which was unbelievably well experienced and very polite. He delivered the truck on 4th of July at 10pm and he kept in contact with us in a fashionable manner This review is being written from a company named 1 Reliable Transportation INC located on Hackensack NJ which owns 41 units all together and our regular towing company (which is the reason we don't own a tow truck) failed us I could only give 5 stars to them but based on our experience of over 2 decades in the industry, we would give these guys 50 stars if we could because between the great service and 4th of July weekend, even their price was unbelievably fair. We appreciate the great service and we thank you very much for your kindness. It is nice to know that there is dependable and hard working and honest companies like Diamon Towing And Trailer Service. "Was willing to do a job with short notice on a weekend. Unfortunately the vehicle I wanted towed was deemed not roadworthy, but they went out there and took a look at it and got back to me pretty quickly. They were very polite, frank, and honest; did not charge me for the trip, since they couldn't do the job, which I know some other companies would have done. They're good people. Very impressed. Would highly recommend for a tow."

"This company is one of the most professional people I dealt with in this business. I live in New Jersey and my truck got into a minor accident and they called me showed me pictures and explained everything. They knew that I was a small company and was willing to work with me to get everything resolved. They kept in contact with me almost every day while my truck was in their yard.
