"Went to this doctor and they refused to call my insurance provider and sent me away without a doctor seeing me. They care nothing about patients and only about money. I felt like a number. When I presented my member # and group id. They said they need to see a physical card and denied me a visit. I felt worse leaving the doctor than when I arrived."
"Our daughter(13) was being tested there. The results were delayed and we contacted them twice. She hung herself right around the time the results came back. The kicker is right in the initial interview it states she had thoughts of suicide, harming others, panic attacks . We were never notified. On her assessment where 70 was significant she scored 75 on depression, and 101 on suicidal ideation. We only found out when we got the report after she was dead."
"They charge WELL OVER your pt responsibility every visit. When you ask for a refund they WILL NOT give your money back. This company is garbage and engage in FRAUD. The FTC can bring charges against them and get everyone’s money back. The BBB do nothing. As a parent, it feels like they are taking advantage of my child. STAY AWAY!"
"Due to the mental health crisis throughout the US right now, it's hard to find a therapist. I was looking for a therapist for my daughter and although there was a wait in order for us to be matched with a therapist, they did get back with us and get the process started once they had availability (which was better than other places I called). They paired my daughter with a therapist (Jessica) who has been fantastic at working with my daughter and has been responsive whenever we've needed to reach out, even if it's outside of the regular sessions. We did need to get testing and they are really behind on that so it was a few months before we could get that done, but they were transparent about it and it worked alright for us. I will say that on the testing I've had to do some following up, but I've had no issue with the regularly scheduled appointments so far. My daughter loves her therapist and it does seem to be helping. So far, it's been a good experience! I did call a couple months after my daughter started therapy to see if I could also see a therapist here and at that point they indicated they aren't taking any new patients. That's not unusual for right now (multiple practices told me that before I finally find one that was taking new patients). Given what's been going on in the world, it isn't overly surprising so it wasn't upsetting."
"I didn't actually meet with a therapist. I called 3 hours before my appointment to confirm the appointment time and place. I checked in with the receptionist 15 minutes early and expected a wait since I was a new patient. At 40 minutes past my appointment time I asked the receptionist if I was going to be seen by a therapist. She said that they had sent the therapist a message but that they would likely have to reschedule. I declined the reschedule I'll take my business elsewhere. Receptionists area is cluttered and messy. The waiting area is in disrepair with stained and poorly patched carpet. They had an unedited version of masterchef Canada on the TV with plenty of swear words for the family."
