"I called to stop a pick up on an item as it was not ready for shipping yet. I called and called and called only to keep getting a busy signal... i'm talking for hours. When I finally got through the girl was very rude, and never called to tell the driver like she said she would. Then the driver arrived to pick up the package and she was not very happy either."
