"I'm still waiting for the Manager to call me due to him being so busy and attending meetings he is unable. Apparently he isnt a good Manager because he can careless about the purpose of my call. This was stated by to the receptionist who denied speaking to me on 10/14. I called again this morning because I haven't heard back. On 10/14 one of their Iron City Express trucks had rocks coming off the bed of their truck. I couldn't safely get around this truck and their rocks cracked my winshield. I was told by the receptionist that they were rocks from the road. Excuse me? You weren't there and I saw them coming off the truck. If I could of safely get over I would of. If the rocks would of completely busted out my window and hit me in the face or caused something more serious i giess it would be rocks on the road? They are responsible and need to take responsibility for their workers not cleaning the bed of the truck and repair my windshield."

"Their truck launched rocks on my car cracking my windshield in two places. The response was it's empty we can't be responsible for what comes up off of the road even though he repeated multiple times or large tires tend to pick up and hold rocks. If you're admitting that your vehicles tend to hold on to rocks that are easily thrown onto other vehicles on the highway it is your fault that might vehicle was being pelted with rocks."

"I’d like to think as a “professional” garbage hauling company you’d be able to drive down 376 and not blow garbage all over the road, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Please make sure your drivers are covering their loads."

"These guys are awesome. We were searching for a 20 yard dumpster for a renovation and called a bunch of different places. Most of the one with better google search placements had times limits and weight limits. How does anyone know how much walls are going to weigh? I had one company delayed pickup took a dumpster and it rained heavily and we complained about them taking it after the rain. They said they would let it dry out. Couple days later $300 overweight charge. With iron city express they didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about weight and and time limits. They basically said tell us how big we needed, when we needed it(next day) and whats the address. Offered a fair price and said call them when we needed it picked up (because of our crappy contractor it was 2 months). NO B S. Go With Iron City Express, you wont be disappointed."
