"First of all. Took 1 hr for my food to be ready. Went in at 5p. Everyone else there has been waiting 30 min - 1hr. As seen in other reviews, they stated that they were "backed up" and did not have chicken ready. They came up to me and tried to offer a "free soda" due to the wait. Let's just say....I MADE them give me 4 Family size sides for FREE. won't go into details. The chicken and nuggets? Super salty ....my family literally had to take the skin off the chicken because of how salty they were. I made the mistake of eating with the skin and I had so much salt intake i cant stop drinking water all night. Manager, not nice. Cooks: laughing in the back while place is packed and furious for the delayed orders. New Customers walking out when being told 30 minute wait for chicken."

"Good Evening, I am a delivery driver as a driver I have many encounters where I am ignored and when somebody finally helps me they have an attitude. Also when picking up a customer's food it takes about 20 to 30 minutes long wait time where the delivery app only allows you to wait 10 minutes. When I have to cancel the staff have an attitude. I hope there customer services improves. Especially to gig workers"
