"The customers who come into the store are very rude and discourteous. They act as if I'm not good enough for them. They suck and play with each other but won't do absolutely anything with me. It really bothers me and that's why I don't visit there as much. Guys especially gay guys don't treat me well at all. All they do when I'm sit in the theater is get up and go somewhere else either in the next room or go down the hall. They never have the consideration to even sit next to me or give me anything. These customers are very mean to me. They still get up and leave whenever I sit in the theater. I guess they think I don't have a right to be here. I hate this place because of all the men here."

"Went to the booths with $15 to spend last week and went into one next to one a guy was already in and was already "ready". Began playing with him for maybe 1-2 minutes and before I had time to even put a dollar in the booth the older man who works there rudely swings open the door and tells me to leave and if I come back he'll "knock my block off". Will gladly drive a little farther next time to avoid the embarrassment"
