"Literally insane. Paid over two hundred dollars to have my father transported 30 miles, got to the neurosurgery appointment late and then waited over 2 hours for pick up post appointment. Mind you my father has terminal brain cancer and sitting for long periods of time is extremely difficult. Spoke with a supervisor named Heather who was not helpful at all. Heart breaking experience."
