"I purchased a bike using the rider to rider program, at ZM Cycles almost 7 years ago, while at the time I thought they were very nice and professional, time has proven that they are nice, but not at all professional. I was sold a 7 year extended service plan (ESP)on my purchase, but when completing the paperwork they indicated the bike was NEW not used, and the ESP they sold me at a cost of 2174. started on the day the bike was sold to its original owner, not me. Once I discovered this I ask why any one would knowingly purchase an ESP that went in effect 12 months prior to their purchase!! Answer I got was well if we sold you a used ESP it would be more, I have no way of knowing this since I wasn't offered that choice, my paperwork shows I bought an 84 month ESP but in fact it was only 72months, interesting note the paperwork stating 84 months has my signature, the one bearing their cover up is digital signature only, I do not believe this to be coincidence. Dax was happy to point out you valid points, but your ESP is expired, nothing I can do for you. If you decide to purchase here you may want to watch your paperwork closely or just go else where. TS"
