"I called Linamen's at 8:15 am the day after our washing machine broke at 8 pm in the middle of a spin cycle the previous day. They took down my address and said someone would call before coming. At 8:45 am, they called to say they'd be to my house in 10 min (they just finished a job near us). Howard arrived, heard the noise the washer was making and diagnosed the problem as either a motor or transmission. He took apart the washing machine, had the motor needed on his truck and installed it. Once he ran the washer, he determined that the motor was the bad part and closed up the washing machine.
