Reviews
"Great "old school" personal service. I was referred to this business by another when they were unable to complete a repair on a 20 yr old Wenger Swiss Army watch. I called Mr. Theis and he gave me directions. When I stopped by, he took care of my issue very quickly, gave me a little history that I didn't know about the watch and gave me some other very interesting history on some other products. Very much like an old time watch shop where you really know that the guy taking care of you knows his stuff. Great service and very informal atmosphere. Definitely go to Tom Theis the next time you have any issues with your watch or clock."
"Does anybody know if they are still open? My wife is there now, 11:25 Am and no one is there, no lights on, no one answers the phone?"
"The chronograph second hand fell off my IWC 3706. Tom fixed it while I waited. My Rolex Sub hasn't been serviced so I left it with him. I have no doubt I'll receive the same quality of service."
"Tom has serviced a number of watches for me at this point. He always does an excellent job and charges a very reasonable amount for the work. It does take him some time to get work finished, but it's worth the wait - based on my experience with watches, you either get speed or you get quality work."
"Poor service After 12 weeks watch was still not repaired. Watch was stuck in a drawer and forgot about. Tom has a sarcastic attitude. I;m 71 yrs old and he kept referring to me as "young man" ,. and how dare i question him. By the way, it was the fourth time for the same problem. Take your watches and clocks elsewhere"
