"BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. If I could give negative stars I would. My one and definitely only experience with this unprofessional company was when my payroll provider used them instead of our usual UPS. I had an email that the package was out for delivery; should arrive by 2pm. I spoke with Lasership Meadville four times over 3 hours. First at 3:30p their courier was within 10 miles and should arrive soon; at 4:45p they contacted the courier who said he was "on the other side of town" (so he had to drive past my office which is right in the middle of town) and would deliver "as soon as he could"; at 5:30p the dispatcher could not reach his courier; at 6:15p the dispatcher said he finally reached the courier (after I told him to put me on hold and call him) and he was still "outside of town" and would get their as soon as possible. When pressed, the dispatcher gave me the general location that his courier told him he was - I told them I would wait 20 more minutes because if the courier was where he said he was he could easily reach me in that time frame. At the same time I reached out to my payroll service to start a ticket. When I arrived this morning the package had been partially stuffed into an outside mail box between 2 other businesses, crumpled and hanging out, easily accessible to the general public. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"Had ordered a couple of things around the holidays the last year and lasership was the company who delivered my package, with no notifications it had arrived. And to make things worse, my package was delivered but what was left was a an empty package ripped open with no contents inside. And ruin my experience with them more, I called to complain; the people did nothing. Basically said, "not our problem once we say we delivered the package. Take it up with the place you put your order through to see if they can fix it" Very unprofessional service."

"Been waiting for my temu packages for 2 weeks, finally thought I was going to get them yesterday but they never came and it came up saying delivery attempted, it was never attempted and I was home all day yesterday. It's not to difficult to find my house or get to it. These are $40 and $50 packages I got, both have gifts in them, if I don't get them because of this company, then I won't be happy. Never had a problem getting my packages from temu till now because of this company"

"Not sure if it was my fault so I'm not gonna give it one star but I checked my address several times to make sure It was the right one and It was. So not to long ago I ordered a couple things from temu and I think it took around 7-6 days to arrive. When I got a notification my package arrived I could not find it anywhere. I looked everywhere my mailbox, under the porch, on the porch etc. And still didn't find it. I tried to ask my neighbor if they got a random package and they said no. (ps they live in a apartment) I didn't think anybody stole it because I live in a rural area. I went back to my phone and called customer service but no luck. I decided to get a reshipment because maybe they gave It to the wrong address. The reshipment only took about 2 days witch is good. When I got the notification that my package had arrived I went outside to check but of course I didn't see anything. I ended up asking some people around my neighborhood to ask if they have my package but most of them said no except my neighbor. In the end I ended up getting my items witch is good. But not only did laser ship give my package to the wrong person once, but twice. I don't know if this was laser ships fault, or temu. But If it was laser ships fault, please guys make sure you ship to the right address. Thank you."

"Like everyone says if I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible everything terrible drivers terrible customer service. Been fighting to get my package for two days now it says it was delivered but no one even attempted to come on my road. Only get the run around from customer service that they can’t find my address when it’s literally in town and easy to find but says delivered. Advise if you ordered something and it says this shipping company cancel it immediately!"
