"Very excellent customer service, and the site layout makes it easy on the customer. The only issue that I have been experiencing is the checkout cart where it doubles the item(copies) onto the cart. I usually tend to delete the duplicates and proceed to check out. I love the fact that we can ask FedEx to come to pick up the boxes. They provide boxes and lots of bubble wrap for the devices. We haven't had a single hiccup since we started doing business with them a few months ago. Everything is fixed in a timely fashion and to our standards. "Buyer beware! This company spammed a couple of our techs, so I should have known they would be sketchy. But they have a nice eCommerce website, and good prices, so I gave them a shot. Over the last 3 months, we sent them 5 MacBook Airs that had broken LCDs. When the last one came back, it was making a noise from the fan. Being an Apple-certified tech, I took it apart. I found that the antenna cable was loose, under the fan, causing the blades to rub the housing. The wire is supposed to be held in a trough by, what Apple calls, Cable Labels. In this device, the wire had been torn out of the labels, destroying them. When I contacted AGI, they said as standard procedure, they don't remove the logic board and IO board, in order to save time. Well, the problem with that is the cable is now loose inside the device, and can get damaged upon re-assembly. I decided to audit the 4 other devices AGI repaired. Sure enough, 4 out of the 5 total had damage beyond the cable labels. I've included pictures of a couple of the devices. When I saw the wanton disregard for repair procedures, I got upset and told them not to let the same stupid monkey repair my devices that did before. Well, instead of addressing my concerns, they decided to get upset at my terminology, and contact my boss. No problem - there are plenty of other companies that do this work. And NOW, I know what questions to ask, to make sure the vendor doesn't break what I pay them to fix. BYE FELICIA!"
