"I had a dishwasher and refrigerator delivered. Everything started off bad. First the driver was very belligerent about us putting our extremely friendly, non-dangerous dog away. Then he complained that we didn’t have our masks on yet (because we always sit around the house in our masks waiting for deliveries to arrive.) We immediately complied with the request. He then said he had to measure everything and pronounced that the opening to the kitchen wasn’t big enough. My son showed him that if we removed the wall oven there was plenty of room, which my son proceeded to do. The driver again insisted that there wasn’t enough room. After speaking with the dispatcher I agreed to let them leave the refrigerator in my dining room and have my son move it into the kitchen. The next step should have been for them to remove my old refrigerator which I had paid extra to have taken away. He again refused saying the opening wasn’t large enough. My son said, we got it in there it can come out, we just have to take the doors off, which he proceeded to do. While he was doing that they brought the new refrigerator in blocking the exit of the old one. I told them that and they still insisted it wouldn’t fit. That’s when it got really bad. My son said all they had to do was wait while he finished removing the doors. The driver started getting angry and said we were holding up his next delivery. Some words were exchanged between him and my son and he stormed out of my house and started closing the truck. I kept saying that I paid to have the old one removed. He just continued to yell and curse and they left. My son was able to get the old one out and the new one in and put it together (so obviously it fit.) DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! AVOID THEM LIKE THE DANGER THEY ARE!"
