"Oh boy where do I even begin... Our item shipment didn't even arrive on the day they promised and absolutely no compensation. Broken and damaged items that the movers themselves actually saw and took note of, claim was basically nothing. No information, no support, no customer service, just nothing!! Absolutely ridiculous. We had our transportation office inspectors on the case about this after encountering so many issues with them and this company still ignores everything. I can't believe it. This company makes me wanna just volunteer to work at the transportation office just so I can save military families from dealing with such horrible move."

Packers and their supervisor arguing in my house, load out truck doesnt even have space capacity for my furniture, workers dont show up and are always late, damaged household & household goods, lie and deceive to get out of responsibilities and accountability."

"From the beginning to end this company really screwed us over. After so many years with the US military, this is the first time we have experienced service this horrible. We called them so many times I can't even count anymore yet no one cares or bothers to call us back (yet they always tell us that they will call us back). Customer service is just horrid. No one will take responsibility or accountability, no one cares about being written up a violation anymore (they got so many lol), and everybody just says "we can't do anything let me email someone" and makes us wait like weeks for no answer. Horrible moving experience I feel like I am losing my hair. Really scammy people. PLEASE let your office know not to hire these people for your move, don't end up like us."

"They are really horrible company that LIES to service members and family. First they did not assess correctly before arriving and we had to wait a week for rest of items to be moved. They arrived at 9 am and stayed in the car till 5 pm because rest of the workers did not show up till then and had to work overtime? Not only did they severely broke and damaged our furnitures lied to us about taking the boxes. They told us that the overflow team will be taking the boxes and made us sign a paper. We questioned signing the paper but they said "oh it's for us, since we are the first half of the team the second team will take it, don't worry and just sign." Big mistake, they completely lied and the second team was confused and now when we call the company about updates (it's been a week) everybody is dodging the questions and telling us "its our policy we can't transfer you to our managers" ?????? I have been on the phone with them constantly over the two weeks and just this morning they were able to transfer me but now they can't? I just need answers and no one is answering and we are just around waiting for days about what to do about our items and claims!! Just a terrible company management! Our transportation office and QA office wrote up so many violations on them, please be careful and DO NOT let them move your items during your PCS!!"

"Look at these reviews before allowing the military to contract this company for your house hold goods. Be extremely careful during loading day, they will purposefully ensure the carbon copies do not copy, then write in that all of your items are damaged in order to avoid taking responsibility for severely damaging your property during shipment and storage. They completely destroyed my high value items and now I have limited options for rebuttal. Take pictures BEFORE they load. Ensure you’re with them when they load every single item. And ensure you take pictures of all of the forms immediately after signing. I cannot believe the DOD allows the military to do business with this organization. I’m disgusted with how willing they are to screw over service members."
