"Absolute garbage company. No real customer support. No phone number. You can only text and get automated responses. I waited so long I couldn’t get a refund from the seller. They kept saying there were issues with my address but delivered half my order. I have no idea where they delivered my order."

"This place sucks. It never delivers where it is supposed to. There is literally almost no way possible to get a hold of customer service. The drivers have been known to steal your items and claim that your item(s) were dropped off at your location. Absolutely horrible experiences with this company!"

"The absolute worst shipping company ever. I had two different packages delivered a day apart. First one was delivered after 11pm with no issues. The second package never came. Lasership claimed that they attempted to deliver the package. Contacted customer service where package came from and got it switched over to UPS."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Got an email saying my package was delivered looked at the photo was not delivered to my house nor any houses on my street. There are 9 houses on my road and somehow they delivered to a completely different road. The delivered notification wasnt even my town it was the neighboring town. Then costumer service does nothing. Seems like there's a bunch of incompetent people working at this place."

"I have never had a more slow and irresponsible shipping company deliver packages to my home. Constant delays for every package we have received. The company throws packages next to mail box, not on door step or near home, across the street in the mud. The customer service team is lacking intelligence, nice people trying to help but it seems they do not have the tools to do so. Always blame the vehicle condition - breakdowns."
