"These people repaired my piano when it was damaged by Allied Movers. They told me I had to be at home while they repaired it. However, I had a newborn baby, and I did not want her to breathe the toxic fumes from the furniture finish they were spraying a lot of. The furniture repair technician said that my baby and I would have to breathe the fumes if he was going to do the repair. I thought that was really weird. He said we had to be at home for him to do his work. I said I would just go wait in my car in the driveway, and he insisted that that constituted leaving my home, in which case he would have to stop the repair. Seriously? I was only going to be 15 ft from the house. For the love of humanity, why can't these people understand that their customers need to breathe, and why, furthermore, would they want to spray toxic chemicals in an enclosed space with a baby in it? Honestly, if I had 100 pieces of furniture to repair I would find another way to do it than using this place ever again."
