"They did a number of jobs at my house prior to us buying it, installation of a furnace and water heater. Water heater ventilation not installed per code and the duct work coming out of the furnace was installed incorrectly resulting in massive amounts of air flow going into the basement. When called to come fix a sewage leak from a toilet which they fixed 4 weeks ago they did respond to come back and fix it free of charge however when draining the water out of the toilet to unseat it they began dumping the water down our bathtub we use to bathe our 2 year old and 3 month old...without removing any toys or infant bath from the tub. They also needed to use our paper towels to clean up their mess. Very unprofessional and terrible quality. The toilet still is broken but I will pay to fix it myself before having them come back again."
