"Brought my own parts, obviously they can't warrant that. But they returned the working parts of my (physically damaged) computer, and flawlessly installed the replacement part within 24 hours. Both Dillion and (didnt catch his name) were absolute dreams to work with. Even replaced the stripped screws the other place I took this to, in an emergency out of town, stripped out. "My daughter’s iPhone was in a bad state and was out of warranty. It had a broken screen, bad battery and bad charging port. Took it to Apple and their solution was to offer a replacement with a very pricey refurbished IPhone. I declined due to the price. Then I stop in at TripleD where I was able to get these parts replaced for a much lower cost. They had the parts shipped next day and the phone is like new again.
