iRepair - Phone and Tablet Repair

"The woman working there was too busy texting someone to look up and wait on me and when she did, she just said we can’t do those repairs, the phone has to be sent out and it will be $200 paid in advance. Very poor customer service, very rude."

"Had my phone fixed here that night the screen cracked had a Life proof case On it the whole time called them they said I broke it I got to pay again I took it to Apple they showed me there glass and the one that was on my phone they use really thin cheep glass don’t get your screen fixed here go to Apple it’s the same price EDIT: it was a small barley there crack under the screen. And the phone was never dropped. So I took it monroeville. The guy working there shattered the whole screen while trying to take my case off. Then handed then handed the phone back, and said it wasn’t his problem. And stated that he’s worked there for many years. Apple held your screen compared to th screen from Apple and it is not the same."

"Went here to get my iPhone fixed. The technician did a great job, the prices were fair (Much cheaper than replacing my phone) and it only took about 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend!"

"NEVER COME HERE TO FIX YOUR PHONE. I paid $85 to have my iPhone repaired then 30 minutes later it cracked while It was in my back pocket, so I went back and they said they could refix it for $60 and an additional $50 for a lifetime warranty. So I paid for it and it broke while I was in my car, WHENEVER I NEVER EVEN DROPPED IT THE REPAIR SCREENS ARE SO FRAGILE AND I WAS PISSED. then I went back and they said they wouldn’t fix it even though I bought the lifetime warranty for $50! because they said I purposely broke it. I PAID A TOTAL OF $195 AND MY PHONE IS WORSE THAN IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT THERE. IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN NOONE EVER COME HERE"

"Had my iphone 5c for 3 years until i accidentally dropped it 15 ft screen shattered.Took it up for these guys to put new screen. 85.00.Then paid an additional 10 for tempered cover. 4 hrs later the screen cracked under the protector in my pocket. They offered to put another one on for 60.00. I asked to talk to manager they gave me a disconnected number. There stuff is crap. Unacceptable will take it further."
