"Honest and professional. They tried replacing my wife’s old phone screen but realized near the end of the fix that the motherboard was damaged so it would be pointless to replace the screen. They called me promptly to ask if I wanted to skip the repair (they reverted to the old broken screen) and they didn’t charge me at all!! Very friendly customer service. Highly recommend."

"Terrible customer service at the MONROEVILLE location racist guy named BRANDON refused to honor my warranty because it was done in another state. I've gotten several repairs here in Pittsburgh as well so I asked him to at least price match my last repair & he wouldn't even do that it's literally a company statement to price match, this guy was trying to charge me almost 100$ for an after market screen on one of the oldest Iphones there is. Brandon is NOT the guy you want representing your company seems like the stores in Pittsburgh are more customer savy in serving different groups of people. This guy Brandon made it so personal there was nothing professional about our interaction I'm now on the way to a Pittsburgh location whom I explained my situation and offed me help. I came from Ninja entertainment to ubreak for their price match &customer service now I'm not so sure."
