"It should be zero stars but that is not an option. I called them to have my dryer fixed. They came out and said they needed to order the parts and never came back. I called the office 4 times and was told they needed the owner to call me back and that never happened. He was always out of the office or across the street getting a soda. The last time I called about them coming back to do the repair, I was told the technician had quit and my service order was closed. They never even called me to tell me this and my dryer is still broken. It has been 4 months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPNY FOR ANY REASON!!!"

"Dryer Broke... Office staff scheduled appointment, technician called with 2 hour window and showed up on time to access situation. Once parts came in they were just as prompt, friendly, and punctual as before. Technician was informative and helpful. Dryer is now fixed! I am a happy customer."

"Terrible experience with a no-show on a scheduled service date. No call or notice and trouble contacting them to reschedule. Unprofessional technician showed up and had no record of issue and would not provide any documentation of what was done or next steps. Appliance still doesn’t work."

"Provided service for a refrigerator extended warranty claim through Lowes. Prompt, friendly and responsive. Ultimately helped me get a replacement refrigerator after it was determined the current unit couldn’t be repaired. Highly recommend."
