I messaged H&C on Facebook, on a weekend, they got back to me relatively quickly. Explained my situation, we scheduled a day for them to come out. They came, checked everything over, and gave me a quote for a AC and heat pump installation. Later that evening after talking it over with the wife, I messaged them again and gave them the green light. 2 weeks later after all the parts were in, they messaged me and we set up an installation timeframe. Installation day came, they removed all the old stuff, installed all the new stuff and took care of everything! They were very neat and organized. They even called Google and spoke with a representative about my Nest thermostat to make sure they got the most out of the system! When they left, everything worked great and everything was neat and tidy. They didn't leave a mess anywhere. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future work if needed!"
