"Our refrigerator stopped staying cold. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Before Joe arrived, the unit started keeping the temperature again. Joe looked it over, but there was nothing that needed to be done. He gave me some advice on our next purchase and seemed knowledgeable. Although I planned and offered to pay him for the service call, he refused. You would have to look high and low to find this type of a service person. Thank you, Joe."

"Man… I hate to write a review like this about a local small business, but it has to be said. I called for a repair on my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Promptly got a call back, and they were here the next day. Looked at the dishwasher for a few minutes, went outside to the van (assuming they were looking up parts), and came back inside to tell me that the control board was bad. Would be a $250 part plus installation. Recommended that I just buy a new dishwasher. I did my due diligence, and looked up a YouTube video on how to run diagnostic mode on the unit. Ran it, showed a code for a bad pump motor. I pulled the dishwasher out, disconnected the pump, and found that it was full of debris. Cleaned the pump, reinstalled it, and the dishwasher runs fine again. Very little effort was put forth by the company, and I was charged a $60 diagnostic fee for no attempt to actually fix my problem. Feel like I was mostly blown off by the tech, and would definitely not recommend the business"

"Our dryer stopped drying yesterday in the middle of a large wash day. Our neighbor recommended J&T. Called and Joe was at our house within 3 hours. Great service. Dryer fixed. Will use again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Called for a minor dryer repair issue. Technician came out within 2 days and had our dryer fixed within 30 minutes of arrival. You can't beat that. Very reasonable pricing for the work, very professional. I would recommend using J&T for your appliance repair needs. I'll certainly be calling them for any future business I might have for them. 10/10 service."
