Hunter Truck - Butler

"If I could give more stars, I would. My company owned 2023 Peterbilt 579 threw a water pump. It had to be towed in and Hunter fixed everything that was wrong in a timely manner. Even software updates that weren't discussed in the writeup, but nonetheless, still needed to be done. The service department people were very polite and courteous. They contacted me when the repairs were completed and I was on my merry way. If I'm in the area and need repairs, I will make this place my go-to when the time comes. Keep up the good work. Good shops are very hard to find nowadays."

"In what should have been an awful truck buying experience, Brandon completely turned it into a 5 star interaction. A truck that was supposed to be transferred to Hunter Butler was "sold" after I had everything approved. I was down a few trucks and needed another one asap. Brandon worked to find me a similar truck and even went above and beyond to get the price as close as he could. He came in late to sign papers so I would have the truck for the next day of work. The truck unfortunately ended up back at Hunters almost immediately for a few reasons and the shop quickly got it in and repaired. Brandon kept me informed and made sure I was helped. I will 100% make Brandon and Hunter Butler my first stop when purchasing another truck."

"Mike in service is my go to guy, he kept us updated daily on the progress of our tractor. He got it back in service in time for our start up. The only thing that I couldn't give the 5th star for was the waiting for a part. I also have to thank DJ in service on the afternoon shift for putting up with my phone calls. AND can't forget Basil in parts, super knowledgeable. Hunter's Peterbilt is definitely our GO TO dealership for keeping our Cliffs tractors moving."

"I would highly recommend choosing Hunter Truck for purchasing vehicles for your fleet. What separates them from the rest they are very responsive and on the ball. My salesman Brandon Knock has been great to deal with from the beginning with answering the phone every-time I call and getting back to me promptly with all my needs or questions. There was an issue with the one hose in the truck and he and the mechanic fixed it to make sure I was able to take it home the same day. He even got me the measurements for the doors so I can get my graphics started for the truck while I was waiting the title to come in.
