Reviews of Regal UA Washington Township
"My favorite Movie theater by far. Friendly staff and always clean theater/ seats. Food prices are crazy high but so is every other. Its never that packed which is a bit sad to see the movie industry and the state that movie theaters in general in this day and age. I go every chance I get in hopes that it will turn around eventually and things get back to somewhat normal before covid crowds."
"Theater is overall nice with friendly workers but the seats…they need to be reupholstered to say the least. The once black recliners are now mostly white because most of the pleather has peeled off from wear. We saw The Marvels on Sunday and I didn’t even want to sit down the seats were such a mess. I was wishing I brought some kind of a barrier to put between me and the seat like a sheet or beach towel because when we got up we were covered in pieces of black leather and it was also in my hair. I really hope the recliners get a much needed makeover soon!"
"I loved the seats when they were new but now they are trashed. Some don't recline and most are starting to peel. Some theaters are cold as a freezer others are slightly warmer and more humid. I wish you could leave 1 seat between your party and the other parties in the same row when selecting seats online. Prices are outrageous. For a family of 4 go to 1 movie is a $100+ trip including sodas and popcorn. I know it's a national price thing but it's still crazy. I also really appreciate the idiots that talk and use phones during the $100 movie. For that price there should be bouncers who remove offenders immediately. Sometimes I think it's better to wait for the movie to come out for home viewing."
"So we had to move our advanced tickets a week ago and Mike made it a painless no hassle thing. He was very professional and polite thru the whole process. Then we get to the theater to day and spoke with another manger he had our new tickets and it all went smoothly, just as Mike said it would be. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole family had a good time. The recliners are electric and very comfortable. You don’t feel like you’re sitting in some strangers lap. The theater with well equipped to accommodate anyone with a disability even has a parking space for Wounded Warriors, the was AMAZING to see. 4/7/2023 Never been… had brought tickets in advance and opening night of the movie we had something come up. While handling that my wife remembered we had the tickets 10 minutes before show time. In a panic thinking we would lose the money and the tickets called the theatre and spoke with Mike and he moved our show time to another day and did it without a hassle or any problems. He was very professional and helpful. Now I can’t wait to go see this location and I will post how it was. Right now their customer service has been beyond anything I’ve experienced lately."
"This theater is great! I took my 5 year old son to see Strange World and he had a blast. The seats are leather recliners very comfortable and the audio/visual perfect. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly and the popcorn was delicious. They have a little arcade for the kids and the lobby is perfect for running around lol. My son loved the way the lobby was decorated."
