"Excellent phone service at the headquarters! Very kind call center! Delightful phone operator. :-) Plumber was timely, professional, and accurately solved our sink problem. Yeah! My only quibble - he charged full price ($159) as a separate item to put one single screw in our shower handle. We thought this was excessive. I was not present or else I would have declined that service for that price. I called the company and they were very gracious to help clarify and resolve the billing issue. Overall a great experience."
