"Items were not labeled correctly on my inventory list and now they’re missing and the company denied my claim saying they were never packed. Not sure why the military would ever use a company with below average rates and many horrible reviews to assist Sailors. I will definitely be filing a report and working on a complaint and hopefully this company loses whatever contract it has with the military."

"This company contracted with a third-party mover to pack our home for a military move. The contractor damaged multiple items beyond repair, to include an antique chest and a Peloton treadmill. When we filed a claim for damages, Dice Forwarding was quick to pay out for the smaller items, but has seemingly gone out of their way to avoid reimbursing us for the treadmill that was less than a year old. They are slow to answer emails and almost impossible to reach on the phone. Completely unacceptable business practices for a company contracted to provide service for military members."
