"Horrible service! Sending a very important package at a price double the rate of ups ...to then find out it wasn't delivered a week later due to a discrepancy in address. Needless to say I did not receive a call almost 4 days after drop off regarding the matter when this should have been dealt with at drop off. Call agency today to find out the package will not be delivered till next week! What kind of service are you running ?"

"This company is very bad, it turns out that when the box arrived in Colombia, they withheld it because according to them Dian had recategorized the box. They had to pay double the money to themselves, because they were the ones who had to pay Dian. Looking at other people's posts, it turns out that they are used to doing this type of operation. Horror. You must be careful please. At the time of picking up the box, super friendly, but then when trying to solve problems extremely rude. Absurd that they don't have a company in Bogota, La Dian doesn't know them, in short, the experience with these people is horrible."

"This place provides wrong information for shipping. They say they close at 6pm, but they won’t take customers in after 5pm.... they should state in the hours that they close at 5pm not at 6pm. We came at 5:30 and were told that they they couldn’t take boxes for shipping after 5pm.... should not give wrongful information"
