"If I could give negative stars I would!!! If u are reading this, please find another HVAC company. Our home warranty company provided this hvac company to our detriment. We have been without a furnace for almost 3 months nows thanka to these people. 5 times Brandon came to the house and it was always an excuse on what was broken, he never turned reports on his work to home warranty company, they NEVER answer the phone , charge u for UNNECESSARY parts which I should have NEVER been charged for since they are reimbursed by the warranty company...got another hvac company and within 5 minutes of inspection said I needed a new furnace!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS HVAC MAN AND COMPANY!!"
"This company was assigned to me by my home warranty for an AC repair. I’m never one to write a bad review but the service I received from this company was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never witnessed a more incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest company in my life. I had a tech come to my home 3 times (the first he forgot his tool bag and had to drive 2 hours round trip to come back with it). When trying to diagnose the issue, it was as if he was just throwing out random problems and installing parts that did nothing but prolong the problem and charge the warranty company for unnecessary service. Not only did the technician also try charging me for a part I didn’t need and that just so happened to not be covered by my warranty requiring an out of pocket cost but they also are impossible to get a hold of. I had myself, my realtor, and two service representatives from my warranty calling them for almost 3 weeks with no answer. No follow up to schedule service. No update on the part they were wanting to order. And when I finally got ahold of them after almost a month of no AC, the receptionist told me she never ordered my part or contacted me because I didn’t leave a voicemail for a call back? She informed me she was waiting on my approval meanwhile I was never made aware that my approval was needed… when I last spoke with the technician he was ordering the part as soon as he returned to the office since this job needed expedited. In the end, I’m thankful because I was finally able to get a second opinion approved and after quick and thorough assessment they determined that my air filter simply needed changed, the unit cleaned and my breaker replaced. A quick easy fix all covered by my warranty. The AC was fixed promptly with no issues. My recommendation.. if you see this company is assigned to you through HSA, ask for another company before scheduling any work with Service Express. *** IN REPLY to Service Express’s response to my review… This is a perfect example of the poor customer service provided. Every time I called I was very clear in my request to send a more experienced tech out to my home which never happened. I also made this request several times to the warranty company which they told me they relayed the message to you. I also had a very unpleasant conversation with the lady working for you the last time I spoke with your company. Maybe your customer service should write better notes in the customer file. Also the very rude response to all these negative reviews is a poor reflection of character and service in my opinion… yikes!"
"Edit: Since I’ve been called a liar, I would like to point out my new assigned service company would like to thank you for all the business they have picked up due to your lack of response and service over the years. I would also like to point out it took you 48 hours to call me just to tell me you didn’t know when you could schedule me but only 1 hour to respond to my 1 star review. Maybe you need to prioritize customer service response over Google reviews. 5 days after home warranty assigned them they would still not answer calls and not return messages. When they accidentally picked up the phone once they told me computers were down and they would call me later which never happened."
"Doreen called and kept me informed of my appointment and took care of us within 2 days of calling my home warranty. John the technician called to confirm I was home and promptly came over, troubleshot the problem to a weak capacitor, replaced the bad part, verified the refrigerant pressures and temperatures were within parameters and stayed around afterwards to confirm all was working well. Overall excellent service!"
"This company was assigned to us by our Home Warranty Company, HSA. Our furnaces is broken. The claim was filed on 2/4/23. The first time Service Express came out was on 2/6/23. At the first appointment, the tech said he needed to order a switch and thought he knew what the problem was. On 2/16, they added a switch, charged me $360, and said he needed to order a transformer. I was promised by the manager the tech would be out on 2/25-no showed, again promised on 2/26-no showed. Showed up on 2/28, added the transformer and charged me $250 out of pocket but said he can’t fix it and I’d hear from someone ASAP to get it escalated to a senior technician. I was contacted today advising they will be out on 3/6/23. I’m out a lot of money and don’t have a working furnace. This company does not act with integrity. I was advised many customers are in my shoes with having to wait so long for a resolution. I have no faith he will even get it repaired in 3/6/23, but I’m sure they’ll continue to take more money."
