Everyone involved was extremely helpful including Todd who was able to offer affordable options to replace my inefficient, 40 year old furnace. Collin did a great job navigating the challenges that came up to ensure that the install met proper guidelines as well as maintain the aesthetics of the areas involved. Collin and Tristin were very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job to make sure I got the heat turned on before the temperatures dropped again. Paul came out first thing the next business day to ensure things were still running smoothly and finish up any final details. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. "Caleb. Zack and Noah came to our house on the first day to clean our ductwork and remove our old heating a/c systems. Zack an Noah worked on removing vents and cleaning the ducts while Caleb began removing the old furnace. These three gentlemewere professiona cour and kept our home very clean. Day two we only had Caleb and Zack finishing the furnance and air conditioning install testing of units and installing air purifier and humidifier. We feel our system upgrade from our original system installed 19 years ago is a great improvement with energy savings and more efficient. Caleb, Zack and Noah were hands on working together as a great team. They answered any questions we had and when the completed the job they educated us on our new equipment. They all explained everything they were doing as they went along as kept us informed if they had to turn off power , gas and water and what they were doing as the job progressed. We asked them to make sure it qualified for the Infrastructure Tax Credit, which it does (for next year's filing). Every question we asked was answered directly and promptly (thank you Dave).
