"I had to take my son to see her as we walked in she yelled you not suppose to be in here how was we suppose to know she was very rude I felt like and animal the way she talked to me and my son very unprofessional i waited for my son she didn’t know how to talk to to me I told my son if he needed me to let me know because I was not having her talk to my son any kind of way when in this profession you have to be nice even if you don’t want to I normally don’t do reviews but this time I had to This is sad we are human I felt like an animal the way she yelled at us"

"Ms. Stein is very unprofessional. I had a 8:00 am appointment with her and she arrived 15 minutes late and proceeded to tell me that I should not be there as if I was going to wait outside in cold and wait for to show up. I have Iodiopathic neuropathy and cervical spondylosis with myeopathy.so sitting and standing for lengthy amounts of time makes my pain worse along with temperature changes. I arrived 35 minutes early as I'am on public transportation. She also mentions that my phone numbers were not on file in which they are. Furthermore, she proceeds to back away from as I was adjusting my face mask and I did and she backed further away from me. I don't know if it is because of my skin color but she should not have distanced herself from me as I was trying to have conversation with her. Additionally, She wanted to wait down stairs in the lobby which I was not going to do since I had already waited long enough and that she was late. Then she proceeds to tell me that my appointment has been canceled which is ridiculous since she was the one who was late, disrespectful and yelling."

"People don’t go to her she has a very nasty attitude she is in it for the money not to help people save your money don’t go to her she didn’t help me at all"
