"Some of the staff are snobby, the sweet tea wasn't sweet or old or something was wrong with it and the tea in back tasted the same. I heard some of the staff making remarks about that i was an idiot and nothing was wrong with the tea. To pull it and then put it later at least they allowed me to get fountain drinks. Would not recommend the McDonald's in Philippi WV!!!!!!!"

"Drive thru experience always great, but this particular time we decided to dine in and the service was horrible at the counter. We ordered on our mobile app and put in our table number in the app #103 for table service. The app said our food would be out shortly, 16 minutes later still no food and all we ordered was 20 piece nuggets 2 medium fries, a frozen coke, and a mocha frappe. My fiancé had me go check on our order which the lady who either was too lazy to bring it to us or on her phone too much to pay attention told us “our food had been sitting on the counter for a while now” resulted in cold food and half melted down beverages."

"Decided to go inside because the drive thru lane had about 15 to 20 cars in line. Big mistake. After ordering on the kiosk heard other customers complaining about a 30 minute wait. Kiosk didn't print a receipt. So played food roulette. After waiting 30 minutes for the food, we got it without a soda. Cashier informed us that she can't see we ordered soda if ordering by the kiosk. Got the food to the car and noticed I had a small coffee inside my large cup. Food was what was expected, it's why I gave food 2 stars. This is a management issue. If you don't have enough employees shut it down until you do."
