"Representatives are very rude. trashy.... Have no business experience. Can't guarantee a delivery before 12 noon, 6 blocks, yes 6 blocks.... I dropped air conditioning units with helicopters on high-rises in Philadelphia. I can give them a time ..... I guess they're out of the bar drinking all night. Shooting pool up at the bar house till 2 AM.... Losers. I wouldn't trust them with a loaf of bread."
"Can attest that other users’ experiences about unprofessional staff at this location as true. I don’t take 1-star reviews lightly. Love my UPS drivers, but actually getting freight delivered is a nightmare. Have had to return to sender before because they refused to deliver or showed up on days when they weren’t scheduled. Why offer scheduled delivery when you’re not gonna abide by it? So weird. Then they randomly claim when it’s convenient for them that ‘we can’t deliver freight to your location’ literally when as UPS Freight truck is delivering freight to another business in the building. Currently have a pallet that’s sitting at their warehouse for nearly a week. They haven’t called to schedule delivery. EDIT: Strong avoid. I’ll pay more to deal with anyone other than T-Force."
"Lazy staff and poorly ran. I was told to come between 9-11 to drop off a freight shipment. I got there at 10 and was told I needed to come back after 3. They said there wasn't anyone "authorized' to take it off my truck. Meanwhile there's people riding around on forklifts. I guess my time is irrelevant."
"I have been trying to get my freight delivery since June 2, 2021, which is 12 days ago at this point! Today their excuse was that there was no answer on my phone. Anyone who owns a cell phone knows that if the owner doesn’t pick up, a voice mail can be left and/or a missed call message comes up. None of these things happened though because I am convinced they never called!! I have stayed home three different days waiting for this delivery of a $1,300 item, which of course, I have already paid for!! Needless to say 1 star is really too generous!!"
"These people are the worst. I ship products to Amazon so I am forced to use UPS freight (Amazon's partnered carrier). And man is it a nightmare. I have freight pickups twice per week and they are ALWAYS late. If you schedule a pickup window for 7am - 4pm because you have to leave at 4pm, they will come at 7pm...if at all. Many times they don't come until the next day. If that wasn't enough, the service is rude. If you call to complain that a truck is late or didn't show up, the staff will actually yell at you! Can you believe it? You pay them money, you're the reason they have a job, and they yell at you because their truck didn't show up! It's unbelievable. Worst company and worst group of people I've ever dealt with."
