"I used this company a few years ago to ship artwork to France without incident so I decided to use them again for a solo show this past April... terrible idea. There are too many people working on each project and essential communication is lost frequently along the way. My very first email specified that it was a temporary exhibition and yet door-to-door didn't fill out the necessary paperwork so the work was stuck in customs in France and an expediter needed to be hired at considerably extra cost. The work arrives at the museum 3 days before the opening even though they had possession of it for weeks before. Also, every time I called to speak to someone they would ask if it was for Bonhams…every single time. It was impersonal service and I'll never use this company again. You have better choices too. Beware."
