"Mccandless has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! I would not recommend them to anyone at any time ever! Accident Feb 1st Had estimate on Feb 9th said they'd order the parts and call when they get them all. Never called. Car ended up breaking down in the process waiting for the call. We called to have it towed There because they had alrdybordered the parts right.. Nooo. Supposed to be towed Feb 28th because it over heated and I had to leave it at Dg in Conneaut Lake. We're told it was just cosmetic so we continued to drive it waiting for parts. Clearly not the case as the serpentine belt broke and leaked antifreeze everywhere. Again called to have it towed. Insurance was on board with that. Didn't hear anything about it for weeks.. Datebof it getting fixed kept being pushed back days m weeks at a time... Till Cop shows up Mar 30th Says my car has been sitting at Dg for almost a month. Called Mccandless same day Mike says oh yeah I remember that conversation, I said yeah a month ago Doesn't get towed till April 2nd Rental Expired April 13 Called Mccandless at 12:13 pm April 14 Don't call back till 2:00 pm says they're waiting on one part said it was supposed to be in today but would call if it does. So now I have no car. April 17th I assumed that the part would be in but still no one called. I finely got my car back April 17th 50 days later!! Also in this mess I bought a bronco from them and the heater was acting up. Turned on n off when breaks were applied. my rear wiper blade needed replaced they said they'd call back never did. And when I brought it in to get inspected before all this they turned on the windshield wipers when the hood was up and scratched a place on the hood. Didn't say anything but when i called to complain they knew exactly what happened, said they'd take care of it. The scratch is down to the metal.. I don't wag a nail polish paint job..its brand new.. Family are car painters.. I know it needs sanded primed pained clear coat etc.. Even though it's a small scratch... What a complete awful clusterfuk...o apology ever offered... No rental offered.. No offer to replace the rental days that we encurred because the lack of ordering and service.. Two months of absolute irresponsibility and no accountability. We will be filing with the bbb. On the web site it says We'll Get You Back On The Road... Fast!"
